What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Every pin is inspected prior to shipping out, therefore there are no returns or exchanges. If anything happens to your package during shipment or it gets lost, please contact your local post office. This includes damaged packaging. We will not return, replace, or refund pins or prints. If you want to insure your package, please purchase carrier insurance. 

    All orders are FINAL.

     

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We do! International orders will not come with tracking or insurance unless you purchase that separately.

     

     

     

    How long will it take to receive my order?

     

    

    Shipping and handling can take anywhere between 1-5 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Pre-Orders will be shipped once those items are in stock. Sometimes they can take 4-5 weeks to arrive to the shop. If you purchase in stock items with a pre-order, those items will be held until the pre-ordered item is in stock.To avoid the wait, please purchase the items separately.

     

    What is the grading scale?

     

     Collector's Grade: Best for pin collectors! Guaranteed free of air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs), missing and low-fill or gouged enamel.

    Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections of the type mentioned above. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such.

    Seconds Grade: For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types noted above, or: peeling enamel, large areas of missing enamel, or other unexpected problems.

    Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

     If you place multiple orders within a short period of time and would like to combine the orders into one, you would need to contact me with the order numbers for every order and I will refund you some of your shipping. If you do not contact me, items will be shipped separately.

     

    I placed an order for a pre-order and an in-stock item, when will they ship?

     All items will be together, so if you place an order for a pre-order item your order will be on hold until I have all items in hand. The only exception to this is if you order apparel with a pre-order item.
